Support from the people who build it.
Basic support is included with every subscription. If Secure Browser carries production traffic, a paid plan adds agreed response times, video calls and regular configuration reviews. Every case is handled by the engineers who build the product.

[ B ] SEVERITY LEVELS
Sev 1
Production down: no user can start sessions.
Sev 2
A major feature is impaired, or there is a security concern.
Sev 3
A minor issue, or a workaround is available.
Sev 4
A question or a feature request.
What support covers
Deployment, identity provider integration, configuration, upgrades and production issues with the Secure Browser stack.
What it doesn't
Problems in your AWS account outside the stack, and your identity provider's own configuration beyond the documented setup. Business includes one onboarding session for that.
[ C ] ONE-OFF SERVICES, WITH OR WITHOUT A PLAN
Installation service
We deploy the stack in your account together with your team, using CloudFormation or Terraform: VPC and subnet choice, identity provider setup (IAM Identity Center, SAML or OIDC, and your admin group), your first policy profiles, a test session, a handover call and written as-built notes. Covers one Region and one identity provider.
WorkSpaces Secure Browser migration
Everything in the installation service, plus mapping your WorkSpaces Secure Browser portal settings (browser policy, URL filters, IP access, timeouts, and user and group access) to profiles and roles, and a cut-over plan.
Amazon WorkSpaces Secure Browser closes to new customers on 29 October 2026. See how its settings map.
[ D ] HOW TO BUY
Paid support plans and the one-off services will be available on AWS Marketplace soon, so they can go on your AWS bill alongside the product. Until then, email us and we will set you up directly or with a private offer.
To open a case under Basic support, email [email protected] with your stack's Region, the release you run (the ProductVersion stack output) and what
you see.
