This version has been withdrawn. It is no longer offered on AWS Marketplace and
must not be installed. If a stack runs 0.3.0, upgrade it to 0.4.1.
Sign in through Cloud Certainty Hub, cc-securebrowser default resource prefix for new installs, and correct ordering of release candidates.
