Hub 0.1.0-rc.18

Stay informed now shows when your subscription is confirmed, and which emails you get.
- Once you click the link in our email, Stay informed says which address is subscribed and to what, as soon as you come back to the Hub. Change address or topics opens the form with them filled in.
- To find out, the Hub sends a random number with your request and later asks about that number alone. It says nothing about you or your AWS account, and nobody can use it to look up an email address.
- Requests made with an earlier Hub version still show the note from rc.17.
[ A ] HOW TO INSTALL OR UPDATE TO 0.1.0-rc.18
From the Hub: open About, choose Review update, check the change set and choose Update the Hub. The page reloads when the new version answers. A Hub installed with Terraform is updated with Terraform instead.

- Keep the current value of every parameter. New parameters take their defaults.
- Acknowledge the IAM capabilities and submit.
With Terraform, set hub_version = "0.1.0-rc.18" and apply. For a new installation,
create a stack with the same URL: it works in every Region. The update guide has the AWS CLI commands.
