This version has been withdrawn and must not be installed. If your Hub runs 0.1.0-rc.10, update it to 0.1.0-rc.12.

Update reminders by email and an update page that waits for the new web app. Superseded by 0.1.0-rc.11: it compared release candidates as text, so it would not offer rc.11 as an update; install rc.11 instead.
